che le loro redazioni successivamente si completino a vicenda.), il V. tratta del- <lb/>
l’azione delle atmosfere elettriche intese a spiegare il fenomeno dell’influenza <lb/>
elettrica, che chiama col nome di attuazione. </s><lb/>
<s id="N1008C">17 a, I 17 g: costituiscono la prima minuta dell’argomento, del quale I 5, I 17 b, <lb/>
I 17 d, sono parziali esposizioni: precisamente I 5 ed I 17 b, che si pubblicano, <lb/>
sono parti di successive redazioni le quali si completano a vicenda, e che sono <lb/>
alla loro volta completate dalla fine di I 17 g, che pure si pubblica, mentre I 17 d <lb/>
non si pubblica in quanto è interamente assorbito dai manoscritti precedenti. </s><lb/>
<s id="N10098">Gior. Bibl. Univ. MS. Sen.: è una lettera del V. al Senebier in data 20 giugno 1778, <lb/>
nella quale il V. chiede notizia dell’Elettrometro del Sig. Henley usato dal <lb/>
Senebier: l’accenno alluso dell’Elettrometro a quadrante (costruito dall’Henley <lb/>
e descritto dal Priestley in <ref>Trans. Phil. 1772, T. 62, N. 26, pag. 359</ref>), che <lb/>
appare per la prima volta in questi manoscritti, permette di concludere che i <lb/>
medesimi sono posteriori al 1778. </s>
